Hornsby Canvas & Tarpaulin Ltd. manufactures custom-designed tarps and covers for all types of applications. The majority are manufactured using an 18oz or 22oz vinyl material. This material has a -40°C cold crack rating and is mildew, rot and ultraviolet resistant. Stock colours available: Black, Charcoal Grey, Blue, Green, White, Tan, Red, and Yellow.

Tarps can also be manufactured using a very strong and durable PVC-coated mesh material. This material is most popular for sand/gravel dump tarps but is also great for many other applications including wind and sun screening. Stock colours available: Black, Blue, Green and Red.

100% cotton canvas duck material, while not as popular as the vinyl or mesh, is still available for manufacturing specialty tarps and covers. Treated and untreated materials are available.

Black mesh dump tarps are in stock. The standard width is 7′. The lengths range from 12′ – 24′ in 1′ increments.

Bale Stack Covers
Manufactured using a super tough 6.2 oz/sq yard UVI-treated coated fabric giving 3-5 years of use. Rope is encased in hem and stainless steel eyelets are set into four-layer gussets (500lb pull) every three feet. Complete with 2″ wide webbing loops for pipe insert. Install with Silver on top to reflect the sunlight (heat) and Black on the underside to prevent the greenhouse effect. Proven for over 15 years.
